Teaching cooperation · Draft

For teachers who keep asking “why”.

We welcome teachers who share our approach and want to develop teaching together. This is an expression of interest, not a self-service teacher marketplace.

Proposed cooperation terms are a draft pending review. Expressing interest does not guarantee acceptance, student numbers or pay. Chinese source.

  • You can clearly state your subjects, grade levels and time zone.
  • You have public teaching work to share, such as videos, handouts or classroom records.
  • You are willing to give a demonstration and discuss and refine your methods.
  • You respect students, avoid humiliation and labels, and protect children’s information and images.

Proposed cooperation principles

  • Students: we do not guarantee student numbers.
  • Teaching quality: cooperating teachers follow shared teaching and feedback principles and take part in peer review.
  • Student information: used only for teaching. Teachers must not privately contact or independently solicit students or parents.
  • Your information: used only to evaluate cooperation. If cooperation does not proceed, it is deleted within 12 months of the last contact.
