Online one-to-one lessons

Consultation

Free, about 20 minutes, with no lesson content. It is a chance to understand each other; requesting a consultation does not enrol your child.

Lessons

50 minutes, online and one-to-one through Google Meet, taught in Chinese.

Foundation fees in Taiwan

Single lesson NT$1,200; 4-lesson monthly plan NT$4,500; 16-lesson term plan NT$16,800. Monthly and term plans include XYLEX homework diagnosis and a monthly learning report. The term plan also includes midterm and final exam review planning.

Other learning levels

Keeping pace with school, advanced challenge and special requirements are quoted separately after the consultation.

Overseas families

Foundation fees in US dollars: Single lesson US$40; 4-lesson monthly plan US$150; 16-lesson term plan US$560. Plan inclusions are the same as for families in Taiwan. Other levels are quoted after the consultation. Online payment will be offered later; current payment arrangements are confirmed after the consultation. We serve Chinese-speaking families worldwide with Taiwan-curriculum bridging and Chinese language learning. We mainly use Traditional characters and Zhuyin, and can work with a Simplified-character or Pinyin background. We do not teach IB, AP, GCSE, SAT or other international exam programmes.

Materials

For Taiwan students, school-edition textbooks plus teacher-created handouts; for overseas students, teacher-created handouts. Materials are included in the lesson fee.

Booking confirmation

A booking is confirmed by the booking tool’s confirmation or the teacher’s email confirming the time. Request at least 24 hours in advance.

Rescheduling and absence

Notify us at least 24 hours before the lesson to reschedule free of charge. A cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice, or an absence, counts as one lesson.

Teacher cancellation

If the teacher cancels, a replacement lesson will be arranged.

Refunds

Unused lessons in a plan are refunded proportionally.
