Who is responsible
HowHow Classroom and XYLEX are operated by 浩群數位科技. For data questions, email [email protected].
The website
This is a static website. It has no user accounts, takes no payments, stores no booking or contact details, and uses no advertising tracking pixels.
Information we receive
We receive the information you choose to send when you email us or request a consultation. The enquiry templates ask only for:
- A parent’s preferred name and email address.
- Your city or time zone.
- Your child’s grade and school system, and the programme you are interested in.
- A short description of the difficulty and suitable times.
We do not need your child’s full date of birth, school class, student number, medical history or homework files for an enquiry. After enrolment, homework photographed and uploaded to XYLEX is used for teaching and learning feedback.
Who can access it
Only Max 老師 and the operator’s administrative staff can access parent enquiries and student information. We do not sell it or share it with partner institutions or advertisers.
Parent enquiries, institutional partnership enquiries and teaching expressions of interest are handled separately and do not share contact lists.
Retention
- Enquiries that do not lead to enrolment: deleted within 12 months of the last contact.
- Lesson and learning records: retained for two years after lessons end for parent enquiries and learning continuity, then deleted.
- Teaching expressions of interest: deleted within 12 months of the last contact.
Access and deletion requests
Email [email protected] with the parent’s preferred name and the email address originally used. We will verify your identity, process the request and reply with the result. You may also withdraw consent at any time.
Third-party services
We use Gmail for email, Google Meet for lessons and, once set up, Google Calendar for consultations. Each has its own privacy policy.
YouTube players load only after you press play, using privacy-enhanced mode at youtube-nocookie.com. Playing a video still connects to YouTube. The website’s fonts are provided by Google Fonts, so your browser requests font files from Google when you visit.
